Hogging Around

A cut above the typical hog roast, this is Sussex pig, marinated in local honey and cider and cooked over smoked woodchips and coals, served in homemade toasted brioche buns with caramelised apple and calvados sauce. For a modern twist on the traditional hog, choose from rotisserie chicken, duck, lamb, venison or beef (joints or whole). Our special spice blends will elevate whole grilled vegetables and vegetarian brochettes, cooked simply over the spit.
